20 Years of Engineering Excellence — From a Small Workshop to a Global Packaging Machinery Manufacturer
Who We Are
Founded in 2005, SunAura Machinery is a professional packaging machinery manufacturer based in Wenzhou, China. Over the past two decades, we have grown from a 12-person workshop into a trusted supplier of front-end packaging and turnkey line-integration solutions, serving customers in 80+ countries across food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, logistics, and manufacturing industries. In 2024, our end-of-line product range (carton sealers, case erectors, strapping machines, vacuum chamber packers, shrink wrappers, palletizers and stretch wrappers) was split into our sister site SunAura Packaging Machines; SunAura Machinery now focuses on front-end equipment and line integration. We design, build, test, and ship every machine from our own 20,000 square meter production base — no outsourcing, no trading middlemen, full control over quality and lead time.
Key Milestones
Founded in Wenzhou, China with a team of 12 technicians. Initial focus: simple carton sealing machines for domestic market (this product line is now supplied by sister site SunAura Packaging Machines; SunAura Machinery has since pivoted to filling, capping, flow wrapping, weighing, thermoforming and induction sealing). First production workshop: 800 square meters. First year: shipped 120 machines to local customers.
Expanded product line to include strapping machines, L-bar shrink wrapping systems, and double-chamber vacuum packing machines (this end-of-line range is now supplied by sister site SunAura Packaging Machines). First export shipments to Southeast Asia and Middle East markets. Team grew to 45 employees. Established our first international sales channel.
Relocated to current 20,000 ㎡ production base. Established dedicated R&D center with 12 engineers. Obtained CE certification for full product range and ISO 9001 quality management certification. Cumulative customers reached 1,200 across 25 countries.
Launched servo-driven pillow packaging machines, multi-head liquid filling lines, and collaborative robotic palletizing systems. Began offering complete turnkey packaging line solutions — from product infeed to palletizing. Annual machine output exceeded 3,000 units. Customers in 50+ countries worldwide.
Expanded product portfolio to include thermoforming machines, aluminum foil induction sealing systems, and conveyor systems. Established global after-sales service network with local partners in Europe, Southeast Asia, and South America. Launched 24/7 online technical support and remote diagnostics.
Current team of 150+ skilled professionals, including 25 R&D engineers. Annual output over 5,000 packaging machines, serving customers in 80+ countries. We continue to invest in servo technology, automation integration, and energy-efficient design to deliver the most cost-effective packaging solutions for global manufacturers.
