Yes, all SunAura export packaging machinery is CE certified, complying with the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), Low Voltage Directive (LVD 2014/35/EU), and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC 2014/30/EU). CE certification covers: carton sealers (semi-auto/full-auto), case erectors, shrink wrapping machines (L-bar/side-seal/tunnel), vacuum packaging machines (single-chamber/double-chamber/continuous), strapping machines, carton erectors, and complete line systems. Each machine includes a CE Declaration of Conformity signed by SunAura’s legal representative. Higher-risk products (robotic line systems) undergo type examination by an EU Notified Body. Additionally, SunAura is ISO 9001:2015 certified, with a full quality management system from raw material procurement through production, inspection, and after-sales. Absolutely — we warmly welcome global customers to visit our factory. A factory visit is the most direct way to evaluate a supplier’s capabilities, and we encourage it before placing large orders. The visit process: 1) Book in advance via WhatsApp or email with your expected date, number of visitors, nationality, and products of interest. 2) Airport pickup — we provide free pickup from Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport and Qingdao Railway Station. 3) Hotel assistance — we help book nearby hotels ($50–$200/night) with transfers. 4) Factory tour — visit CNC machining, sheet metal welding, painting, electrical assembly, final assembly, and testing workshops to see the full production process and quality control. 5) Product demonstration — see your machines of interest running live; bring your product samples for on-site testing. 6) Technical exchange — face-to-face discussion with sales and technical engineers about your requirements, custom solutions, specs, lead time, and pricing. 7) Contract negotiation — if satisfied, negotiate and sign on-site.
