SUNAURA Machinery was founded in Qingdao back in 2008, starting operations inside a compact 500 m2 manual workshop focused on semi-automatic carton sealing equipment. Through continuous reinvestment in R&D, precision machining hardware and talent recruitment, we have evolved into a large-scale integrated packaging machinery factory covering 48,000 m2 of purpose-built manufacturing space located in Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. Today our machinery portfolio is shipped and commissioned across 100+ countries throughout Europe, North & South America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Oceania.

Our vertical production workflow includes metal raw-material cutting, multi-axis CNC machining, vision-guided positioning, wire-EDM precision forming, component dimensional inspection, welding, painting, electrical assembly and final machine assembly. This full in-house model brings consistent, traceable component quality, controllable production lead-time, and flexibility for mechanical customisation for international customers.

Our team counts more than 180 permanent employees. The average employee tenure reaches 6.5 years, far exceeding the Chinese general machinery industry average of only 2.8 years. Stable personnel ensures accumulated know-how is retained inside our organisation.

Front-End Packaging Machinery Range & Integrated Turnkey Lines

SunAura Machinery designs and manufactures front-end packaging equipment — liquid filling, capping, pillow/flow wrapping, multihead weighing, thermoforming, induction cap sealing and the conveyors that link them — and integrates them into turnkey packaging lines. End-of-line equipment (carton sealers, case erectors, strapping machines, vacuum chamber packers, shrink wrappers, palletizers and stretch wrappers) is supplied by our sister site SunAura Packaging Machines and brought into the line under SunAura Machinery's single-point engineering responsibility. Our equipment serves food & snack, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, e-commerce fulfilment, household goods and heavy-industrial packing scenarios.

Factory Tour & Showroom

We welcome international buyers to inspect our manufacturing base in person. Our 2,000 m2 exhibition showroom hosts 50+ different machine models running live demonstrations. Visitors may bring your own cartons, raw materials or products to perform real packaging test runs directly on our machines.

Every guided factory tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, led by our technical engineer (not sales-only staff). For overseas clients unable to travel to China, we offer virtual factory tours and remote live-stream machine demonstrations.

SUNAURA Machinery is a genuine direct manufacturer based in Qingdao, China. Our 48,000 m2 factory completes mechanical R&D, CNC precision machining, assembly and mandatory 48-hour machine testing. Core mechanical components are produced on-site instead of buying finished outsourced parts.

Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong, China. Over 500 international customers visit us every year. We are about a 2-hour drive from Shanghai Pudong Airport, and can arrange airport pickup for visiting customers.

What certificates do you hold?

We hold CE certificates (UDEM / SGS / ICR), SGS-audited ISO 9001 quality management system certification, and are officially recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise. Our equipment complies with EN ISO 12100, EN 60204-1 and EN 415 series packaging machine safety standards.

Do you test every machine before shipment?

Yes. Each finished machine runs non-stop for 48 hours continuous testing, far longer than the industry-typical 2-4 hour quick test runs. Unit-level test records are stored and can be shared for your reference.

Can you custom-modify machines for my special products?

Yes. Custom-engineered machines and full custom packaging lines are available. Every custom project gets a dedicated technical engineer, and weekly manufacturing progress photos are sent during production.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard series machines can be ordered starting from 1 unit. We value partnership regardless of project scale, from single-machine purchases to large complete packaging line projects.
