Sales Director
Lead North American sales for complete end-of-line packaging systems. Own the customer relationship from first inquiry through commissioning — quoting systems, not single machines.
- Qualify mid-to-large CPG, food & beverage, e-commerce fulfillment accounts
- Run technical sales calls: throughput, carton dimensions, plant layout
- Configure system quotes with Qingdao engineering team
- Manage full sales cycle: demo, proposal, negotiation, contract, hand-off
- 5+ years selling capital equipment — packaging machinery preferred
- Comfortable with line speeds, PLC integration, conveyor layouts
- Existing CPG / food & beverage / warehouse automation relationships
- Willing to travel ~40% across North America
Automation Engineer
Lead on-site commissioning of packaging lines for North American customers. The technical face of SunAura in the field.
- Install, commission and debug case erectors, sealers, palletizers, wrappers
- Integrate with upstream equipment via Profinet / Modbus / EtherNet/IP
- Tune PLC logic, HMI screens, safety circuits to customer requirements
- Train customer operators and maintenance teams
- BS in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years commissioning packaging or material handling equipment
- Hands-on with Siemens / Allen-Bradley PLCs, servo drives
- US work authorization; travel 50-70% across North America
Based at our 48,000 m² manufacturing facility in Huangdao, Qingdao. Close collaboration with overseas sales and engineering teams.
Electrical Engineer
Design electrical control systems for packaging machinery — from single-machine panels to complete end-of-line integration.
- Design electrical schematics, panel layouts, BOMs for conveyors, erectors, palletizers
- Select PLCs, servo drives, sensors, safety relays, HMI hardware
- Build and wire control panels in Qingdao shop; run FAT before shipment
- Troubleshoot field issues via remote video calls with overseas customers
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Automation
- 3+ years designing control panels for industrial machinery
- EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical; Siemens / Mitsubishi hardware
- CE machine safety standards (EN 60204-1) familiarity
Programming Engineer
Write control logic and HMI interfaces that run our packaging machines. Own the software layer from PLC structure to operator screens.
- Develop PLC programs for palletizers, case formers, sealers, wrappers
- Build HMI screens in English (Siemens Comfort / Weintek / Pro-face)
- Implement recipe management, fault diagnostics, OEE data logging
- Set up machine-to-machine communication (Profinet, Modbus TCP)
- BS in Automation, Control Engineering, or Computer Science
- 3+ years PLC programming — Siemens TIA Portal or Mitsubishi GX Works
- Servo positioning, pneumatic logic, sensor integration knowledge
- Clean, documented, reusable PLC function blocks
