📍 United StatesKey Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy for the North American packaging machinery market
- Build and manage relationships with key distributors, system integrators, and end-users
- Lead a team of sales engineers to achieve annual revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
- Collaborate with engineering to customize solutions for client requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in packaging machinery or industrial automation
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and closing large deals
- Strong understanding of packaging industry (thermoforming, filling, palletizing)
- Based in the United States with willingness to travel 50%
Automation Engineer
📍 United StatesKey Responsibilities
- Design, program, and commission automated packaging lines (PLC, HMI, servo systems)
- Provide on-site installation, startup, and troubleshooting for US customers
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for end-users
- Collaborate with R&D team in China to improve machine designs
- Perform root cause analysis and preventive maintenance programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics
- 5+ years of experience in packaging machinery automation or related field
- Proficiency in Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi PLC programming
- Experience with servo drives, sensors, vision systems, and robotics integration
- Based in the United States with ability to travel to customer sites

- 熟练使用西门子/三菱PLC及触摸屏编程软件

- 负责运动控制（伺服/步进）程序开发及多轴协同控制
- 参与机器视觉、机器人集成相关项目的程序开发
- 编写程序文档、调试记录及故障排查手册
任职要求
- 自动化、计算机或电子相关专业本科及以上学历
- 3年以上PLC编程经验，有包装机械行业经验优先
- 精通TIA Portal、GX Works、RobotStudio等开发工具
