SunAura Exhibition Display: Showroom and Factory Tour Experience
The SunAura exhibition display area spans 2000 square meters within the Qingdao manufacturing facility, showcasing 50+ machine models in operational condition. Unlike typical factory showrooms that display static machines, SunAura exhibition area features live demonstrations where visitors can test machines with their own cartons and products experiencing actual sealing, strapping, and wrapping performance firsthand.
Exhibition Area Layout
- Carton Sealing Zone (500sqm): 15 carton sealer variants from Economy to Full Auto, all operational with sample cartons in various sizes
- Strapping Machine Zone (300sqm): ASM-2000 and heavy-duty strapping machines with live strapping demonstrations on different package types
- Folding and Sealing Zone (400sqm): 7 flap folding sealer variants demonstrating automatic flap folding on different carton sizes
- Filling and Capping Zone (500sqm): Liquid filling machines, capping machines, and labeling machines for bottle packaging
- Complete Line Display (300sqm): Fully integrated packaging line from carton forming to pallet wrapping, operational end-to-end
Factory Tour Experience
Visitors to SunAura facility receive a guided 90-minute tour covering: raw material inspection area, CNC machining center, welding and fabrication workshop, electrical assembly area, final assembly line, 48-hour testing area, and the exhibition display zone. Tours are available in English and Chinese, with technical engineers (not sales staff) as guides. Over 500 international clients visit annually.
Virtual Tour and Remote Demonstrations
For clients unable to visit in person, SunAura offers live video demonstrations via WhatsApp/WeChat where engineers operate requested machines with the client specific carton sizes and product types. Virtual demonstrations include: machine setup, size adjustment, sealing/strapping cycle, and Q&A session typically 30-45 minutes per machine model.
