SunAura Machinery operates a state-of-the-art packaging machinery manufacturing facility spanning 48,000 square meters in Qingdao, China. Our Workshop Zones

Five dedicated production zones, each with specialized equipment and trained technicians — working in sequence to deliver precision-built machinery.

Our production workshop is equipped with a comprehensive range of CNC machining centers, laser cutting machines, welding robots, and automated assembly lines. The facility is organized into dedicated zones for sheet metal processing, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and final testing. Each zone is staffed by experienced technicians who ensure every component meets our stringent quality specifications before moving to the next production stage.

Zone 01 · Precision Machining

Precision Machining Center

At the heart of our workshop lies the precision machining center, where raw materials are transformed into high-accuracy components for strapping machines, carton sealers, case erectors, and liquid filling systems. Our CNC lathes and milling machines achieve tolerances as tight as 0.01mm, ensuring consistent part quality across high-volume production runs. Every machined component undergoes dimensional inspection using coordinate measuring machines before approval for assembly.

Zone 02 · Sheet Metal & Laser Cutting

Sheet Metal & Laser Cutting Zone

Our sheet metal processing zone handles the cutting, bending, and welding of all structural components — from machine frames and enclosures to conveyor beds and safety guards. The Han’s Laser fiber laser cutting machine delivers clean, precision cuts on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum sheets up to 20mm thick, with minimal heat distortion and no secondary finishing required.

Welding operations are performed by certified welders using MIG/TIG and spot welding equipment, with all welds visually inspected and pressure-tested before moving to the assembly zone.

Zone 03 · Stamping & Fabrication

Stamping & Fabrication Zone

High-speed stamping presses produce precision sheet metal components — brackets, panels, gears, and structural parts — at volume with consistent quality. Our stamping line handles progressive die and single-station die operations, with in-process dimensional checks at every batch.

All stamped parts are deburred, cleaned, and surface-treated (powder coating or zinc plating) before assembly, ensuring corrosion resistance and a professional finish that lasts.

Zone 04 · Assembly & Integration

Assembly & Electrical Integration Workshop

The assembly workshop brings together all machined, purchased, and fabricated components into finished packaging line solutions. Skilled assembly technicians follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures to build each machine to exact specifications. Pneumatic systems, servo drives, PLC controllers, and HMI panels are integrated and tested in this zone. Our assembly area is designed for both standard product manufacturing and custom packaging solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.

Zone 05 · Quality Assurance

Quality Testing & Inspection Center

Every machine produced at SunAura undergoes rigorous testing in our dedicated quality inspection center before shipment. The testing process includes 48-hour continuous operation tests, load testing at maximum capacity, safety interlock verification, and full functional validation of all automated features. Our quality team documents test results for each unit and issues a comprehensive inspection report. All machines are CE certified and comply with relevant international safety and performance standards.
