End-of-Line Process Flow

A typical F&B installation runs two coordinated lines in parallel: a case-packing line that builds, packs and seals cases, and a palletizing line that stages, stacks, secures and wraps finished pallets. Both are driven by a single PLC and synchronized by upstream product flow.

Why This Line Works for Food & Beverage

🔄

Flexible Multi-Format Handling

Bottles, cans, jars, pouches and cartons move through the same line with stored recipes. Grippers, guides and pattern files switch automatically when the SKU changes.

🏭

Food-Grade Stainless Construction

All product-contact parts use 304 (or 316 on request) stainless steel with washdown-rated enclosures, rounded frames and no flat surfaces that trap product.

💰

Reduced Labor Cost

Automating case packing, palletizing and wrapping typically removes 4–6 manual stations per shift and cuts repetitive-motion injury risk on the packing floor.

⏩️

Fast SKU Changeover

Recipe-based changeover under 15 minutes, with auto-adjusted guides, robot programs and labeler settings — no hand tools or re-measuring required.

Application Scenarios

Bottled & Canned Beverages

Water, carbonated soft drinks, juices, tea and beer in PET, glass or aluminum cans. Includes multipack film bundling and mixed-SKU palletizing.

Cartoned Dry Goods

Snacks, cereals, biscuits, tea bags, instant noodles and powdered mixes. Top-loaded into RSC cases and stacked to stable retail-ready pallets.

Dairy Products

Milk cartons, yogurt cups, cheese blocks and butter packs. Washdown-compatible construction with gentle handling to prevent crushing of soft packs.

Food & Beverage Packaging FAQ

How fast can the line switch between bottle sizes and carton formats?

Changeover is recipe-based and typically under 15 minutes. Operators select the SKU on the HMI; the case erector adjusts carton blank width, the case packer loads the matching robot program, the labeler shifts to the correct label reel, and the palletizer recalls the saved layer pattern. No hand tools are needed on guided assemblies.

Is the equipment suitable for washdown and humid filling environments?

Yes. We offer a washdown variant with IP65-rated enclosures, stainless-steel frames, sloped surfaces and food-grade lubricants. Conveyor belts are FDA-compliant plastic or stainless. This is commonly specified for dairy, bottled water and ready-to-drink juice lines.

Can the line handle mixed pallet patterns and retail-ready trays?

Absolutely. The palletizing robot stores up to 50 layer patterns, including mixed-SKU retail-ready configurations, layer sheets, and pick-and-place of dividers. We regularly build lines that serve both warehouse distribution and shelf-ready retail palletizing from the same machine.

How do you prevent product contamination on the packaging line?

All contact surfaces are polished stainless or food-grade polymer; moving parts are enclosed; and the design eliminates flat shelves where product debris can collect. Optional add-ons include an ionizing air rinse before labeling and a metal detector / vision check station at the case packer outlet.
