What this machine does
The 18-head multihead weigher uses 18 independently controlled weigh hoppers. Vibratory feeders drop product into the hoppers, load cells weigh each one, and the controller selects the combination of hoppers that hits the target weight. This runs at 70+ weighings per minute with ±0.1 g accuracy — far faster and more consistent than manual or cup dosing.
