QINGDAO, China — SunAura Machinery has launched a global spare parts shipping program for export customers, guaranteeing dispatch of critical wear parts within 48 hours of order confirmation from our Qingdao warehouse. The program, which went live this week, covers sealing wires, Teflon cloth, drive belts, photo sensors, solenoid valves and contactors — the components that cause 80% of unplanned packaging line downtime.

The program covers machines across the range — including the new automatic corner sealing machine launched this week, whose tape head parts are stocked for fast dispatch.
Why We Launched This
Every export customer who has ever had a packaging line go down on a Friday afternoon knows the pain: a solenoid valve fails, the machine stops, and the next available part is on a 20-day ocean freight ship from China. In the worst cases we’ve seen, a $40 part causes $15,000+ in lost production while the customer waits for international shipping.
The new program changes that. We now stock the 200+ parts most likely to fail on our flow wrappers, vacuum machines, case erectors and strapping machines in our Qingdao warehouse, with pre-negotiated DHL and FedEx rates to 60+ countries.
What’s Covered in 48 Hours
| Category | Typical Parts | Standard Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Sealing components | Sealing wires, Teflon cloth, seal jaw pads | 2–3 days (DHL Express) |
| Pneumatics | Solenoid valves, cylinders, air filters | 2–4 days |
| Sensors and switches | Photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, thermocouples | 2–3 days |
| Mechanical transmission | Timing belts, chains, bearings, sprockets | 3–5 days |
| Electrical | Contactors, relays, fuses, PCB boards | 3–5 days |
Recommended On-Site Spare Stock

For customers who want to eliminate waiting time entirely, we recommend stocking the following critical spares on-site. These are the parts that, when they fail, stop the line immediately. The full list ships with every machine manual.
- Two sets of sealing wires and Teflon cloth for your flow wrapper — these wear out every 3–6 months depending on film type
- One spare solenoid valve for each pneumatic cylinder on the line
- One spare photoelectric sensor per product-detection point
- One timing belt per major drive (film pull, conveyor, case erector)
- Thermal printer head (if your line has date coding)
The total cost of stocking these parts is typically $500–$1,500 — less than one hour of lost production on most lines. We’ve had customers tell us the spare kit paid for itself the first time a sealing wire failed on a Sunday night.
Remote Diagnostics Included
Before ordering a part, customers can connect to our engineers via the line’s built-in remote diagnostics. Most faults are diagnosed in 15–30 minutes on a video call, so we can confirm exactly which part is needed before it ships. This prevents the all-too-common scenario where a customer orders the wrong solenoid valve and waits another week for the correct one.
Need a spare part today? Contact our service team through the after-sales service portal with your machine model and serial number. We’ll confirm availability, quote shipping to your country, and dispatch within 48 hours. If you’re planning a new line, ask about our bundled spare parts package — we can ship the recommended on-site stock with your machine so you’re covered from day one.
The spare parts program is available to all SunAura customers regardless of when their equipment was purchased. More details on part numbers, pricing and shipping destinations are available on request. Existing customers looking to expand their on-site stock should review the help center for the latest recommended parts list.
