Overview

The PW-RV800 is our vertical ring wrapping machine for small coils, designed for wrapping ring-shaped products such as bearings, small wire coils, cable reels, hose coils, rubber rings and similar toroidal items. The product sits vertically on support rollers while a wrapping ring passes through the center hole and orbits around the circumference, applying stretch film or packaging tape in a continuous spiral pattern.

Accommodates coils with inner diameter 300-500mm, outer diameter 500-800mm and width 50-150mm, with a throughput of 25-40 pieces per hour. The support rollers are positioned at 200mm height, and the wrapping ring rotates at 0-80rpm with variable speed control. Maximum coil weight is 200kg.
