Because it is a dedicated 4-axis palletizing robot (rather than a general 6-axis manipulator), it is optimized for the pick-place-repeat motion palletizing demands: fast, rigid, and accurate cycle after cycle.

The arm repeats its placement to ±0.5mm, which keeps layer patterns tight and predictable across multi-hour runs. Up to 15 cycles per minute make it suitable for medium-to-high throughput lines. How the Four-Axis Robotic Palletizer Works

The 4-axis arm follows a repeatable pick-and-place cycle, with the EOAT chosen for your product. The general sequence is:

  1. Product arrives on the infeed conveyor. Cases or bags come off the packaging line and are stopped and centered at the pick station by side guides and a photo-eye.
  2. EOAT picks the load. Vacuum pads grip a carton top, gripper jaws close on a bag, or the fork tool engages a pre-formed layer — whichever EOAT is installed. A sensor confirms a secure hold.
  3. Arm carries the load to the pallet. The 4-axis arm moves in a controlled arc over the work envelope, keeping the load level and avoiding the conveyor and surrounding equipment.
  4. Load placed in the taught pattern. The arm lowers to the current layer height and places the item in the next grid position; the HMI advances the pattern and layer count.
  5. Repeat until pallet full. The cycle repeats at up to 15 picks per minute. When the pallet reaches its programmed height, the robot parks and signals for a pallet swap (or switches to a second station on dual-station variants).
