Electric Automatic Induction Sealer for Beverage Bottles
The SUNAURA electric automatic induction sealer for beverage bottles is purpose-tuned for narrow-neck drink containers (Φ20–60mm). A 2300W generator and tall vertical-column design place the sealing head directly over the conveyor running soda water, mineral water, and juice bottles at up to 300 bottles/min — built to keep pace with fast beverage lines.
Product Description
The SUNAURA electric automatic induction sealer for beverage bottles is the drink-line counterpart to our wide-head model. It uses the same 2300W power platform but narrows the sealing range to Φ20–60mm, the sweet spot for narrow-neck beverage containers. Its tall cabinet-and-column form factor places the sealing head directly over a vertical-column line conveyor, so it slots neatly into tight beverage line layouts.
Water, soda, juice, and tea bottles move through the head at high speed while the 2300W generator delivers consistent foil heating. A front control panel lets operators set power and conveyor speed, and automatic protection functions keep the machine safe through long runs. The stainless-steel cabinet suits the wet, hygienic environment of a beverage plant, and air cooling keeps maintenance low — no chiller or water circuit to service.
Beyond beverages, the same unit seals cooking oils, liquid foods, and pharmaceutical syrups in narrow-neck PET and glass bottles. Every machine is CE certified and backed by a 12-month warranty and lifetime support from our Qingdao factory.

Key Features & Benefits
- Optimized for Narrow-Neck Beverage Bottles (Φ20–60mm): The sealing head is matched to the neck sizes of water, soda, juice, and tea bottles for a complete, repeatable seal every pass.
- High Throughput up to ~300 Bottles/min: The 2300W generator and fast conveyor keep pace with modern bottling lines without sacrificing seal quality.
- Vertical-Column Form for Tight Line Layouts: The tall cabinet-and-column footprint runs the head directly over a narrow conveyor, fitting neatly into drink lines where floor space is limited.
- Air-Cooled, Low Maintenance: Forced-fan cooling needs no water supply or chiller, reducing service work and keeping total cost of ownership down.
- Digital / Button Control Panel: Set power and conveyor speed from the front panel for quick changeovers between SKUs and bottle sizes.
- Stainless-Steel Cabinet for Beverage Environments: Corrosion-resistant body handles the wet, wash-down conditions common to beverage and liquid-food plants.
- Automatic Protection Functions: Over-temperature, over-current, and fault alarms protect the generator and head during unattended running.
- Factory-Direct & CE Certified: Built in our Qingdao plant and backed by a 12-month warranty with lifetime technical support.
Application Industries
This vertical-column sealer is built for fast lines running narrow-neck liquid bottles, where seal integrity and throughput both matter.
Water & Soft Drinks
Mineral water, soda, carbonated drinks, and sparkling water in PET and glass — prevents leakage and provides tamper evidence.
Juice & Tea
Fruit juices, iced tea, and ready-to-drink beverages — foil barrier protects flavor and extends shelf life.
Cooking Oils
Edible oils, vinegar, and liquid condiments in narrow-neck bottles — hermetic seal stops leaks and oxidation.
Liquid Foods
Sauces, syrups, and liquid food fillings — hygienic non-contact sealing suits food-grade environments.
Pharmaceutical Syrups
Oral syrups and liquid medicines in narrow-neck bottles — tamper-evident seal supports regulatory compliance.
Container Types
Seals non-metal narrow-neck containers in PET and glass, across heights from 20 to 350 mm.
How Induction Sealing Works
Induction sealing bonds an aluminum foil liner to the bottle mouth without touching the cap. On this beverage line unit, the cycle is continuous:
- Capped bottles feed under the head. Pre-capped PET or glass beverage bottles ride the vertical-column conveyor under the narrow RF sealing head at line speed.
- High-frequency field heats the foil. The 2300W generator induces eddy currents in the aluminum foil liner, raising its temperature almost instantly.
- Wax melts, polymer film bonds. Heat melts the wax into the pulp board while the heat-activated film fuses to the narrow bottle neck rim.
- Foil seal remains after cap removal. When the consumer unscrews the cap, the pulp liner stays in the cap and the aluminum disc stays on the mouth — a visible tamper-evident seal.
- Air cooling sustains output. Forced-fan flow keeps the generator stable across high-speed beverage runs without a water circuit.
How to Choose the Right Beverage-Bottle Induction Sealer
This model is tuned for narrow-neck drinks. Use these checks to confirm it fits your line:
- Confirm your neck size is Φ20–60mm. This head is optimized for narrow beverage necks. If you also run wide-mouth jars or caps above 60mm, consider a wide-head or large-head model instead.
- Match speed to your line. At 80–300 bottles/min, this unit fits most mid-to-high speed beverage lines. If you push beyond ~300 bpm across many hours, step up to the water-cooled high-speed platform.
- Check line layout and height. The vertical column needs floor space beside your existing conveyor. Confirm conveyor height and left-to-right direction before ordering.
- Decide air vs water cooling. Air cooling suits beverage runs with normal pauses. For true 24/7 pharma or mega-bottle lines, specify the water-cooled high-speed sealer.
Troubleshooting Guide — Common Issues & Solutions
Beverage lines run fast, so small setup issues show up quickly. Below are the most frequent problems on this model, their causes, and fixes. Always disconnect power before inspecting the sealing head.
| Problem | Possible Causes | Solutions |
|---|---|---|
| Weak seal on fast-moving bottles | Conveyor too fast for dwell time; head gap too large; low power; wrong liner. |
|
| Bottles not sealing under the head | Bottle guide off-center; neck not aligned under narrow head; no RF output. |
|
| Leaking or wet bottles at seal | Wet or cold bottle necks; overfill spray on rim; incomplete foil bond. |
|
| Over-temperature trip during long runs | Continuous high-speed operation; blocked fan vents; hot plant ambient. |
|
| Conveyor jams / misfeed | Belt off-track; photo-eye blocked by condensation; jammed bottle; guide gap wrong. |
|
| Uneven seal across bottle batch | Cap height varies from fill level; inconsistent cap torque; liner mis-seated. |

Frequently Asked Questions
What bottle sizes does this beverage sealer handle?
It is optimized for narrow-neck beverage bottles with caps from Φ20 to 60mm and heights up to 350mm, in PET or glass. That covers most water, soda, juice, tea, and cooking-oil bottles. Send us your exact bottle samples and we will confirm the setup before you order.
How fast can it seal beverage bottles?
Up to roughly 300 bottles per minute depending on neck size and material. Smaller necks run faster; larger drink bottles run slightly slower to give the foil enough heating time. The front panel lets you dial speed to match the rest of your line.
Can it seal glass beverage bottles too?
Yes. It seals both PET and glass narrow-neck bottles. You do need induction foil liners matched to the container material — glass uses a glass-rated liner, while PET uses a PET-rated liner. We can recommend compatible liner suppliers.
Does it need a water chiller?
No. This unit is air-cooled, so it needs only a 220V power supply and standard ventilation. That keeps installation and maintenance simple for beverage lines. If you run truly continuous 24/7 high-power production, ask us about the water-cooled high-speed model.
What is the warranty and lead time?
Every unit carries a 12-month warranty on parts and labor plus lifetime technical support by email, WhatsApp, and remote video. Standard models ship in 7–15 days, and spare parts are dispatched worldwide within 48 hours.
